Information for Poster Presenters at the Swiss Proteomics Society 2003 Congress | Understanding Biological Systems through Proteomics

All posters will be displayed during the poster sessions on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4. Below are listed the details for those who will be making a poster presentation.

• The size: The size of the posters should be 140 cm high by 100 cm wide. The presenters will use pins or tape to mount the presentations; pins and tape will be available from the conference organisers.
  
  
• Set Up: Already during the afternoon of the December 2, between 15:00 and 17:30, participants will have the possibility to register. During these hours, the poster boards will be available to the presenters for the set up of the posters. Please use your presentation number as listed on the Posters programme or in the abstract book to find the board for your presentation. Location of poster boards will be clearly indicated inside the Novartis Learning Centre building.
  
  
• Presence: Please note there will be three poster sessions. Two on December 3 and one on December 4. The person presenting the poster is invited to be available during the session his/her poster is assigned to. Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Wednesday, December 3 and posters with even numbers will be presented on Thursday, December 4.
  
  
• Take down: All participants are invited to remove the poster before leaving at the end of Session VI on December 4. The posters must be removed by 18:30 at the latest.
