Why Exhibit at the SPS'03 Congress ?

The theme of this year's Congress of the Swiss Proteomics Society is "Integration of proteomic technologies to fully understand complex animal, vegetal and microbial biological systems". The conference will bring together academic and industrial partners to discuss both the state of the art and the future of proteomic science and technology.

The SPS'03 offers your organisation the opportunity to show its products and services to an important concentration of decision makers in this technologically promising and high-growth field.

Events at SPS'03:

The Conference: Attracting scientists from Switzerland and abroad, the Congress has been organised to cover both the fundamental science, the historical aspects and the technological applications of proteomic science.

The Exhibition: the Conference Organizers have reserved up to 12 booth areas for commercial exhibitors. To maximize the visibility of the exhibit, the booths will be placed inside the hall just in front of the auditorium where scientific meeting will take place. The approximate placement of the booths can be viewed in the Exhibitor Agreement Form.

Exhibition Package:

Space for each exhibitor has been arranged adjacent to the main Auditorium. The space will be six square meters (2 meters by 3 meters) at one of the placements as marked on the layout supplied on the Exhibitor Agreement Form. A table and chairs will be provided upon request. There are several electrical outlets available at each of the booth locations.

In addition, each commercial exhibitor will receive a free registration for one person (which includes badges, session programs, registrants' kits and meals) and will receive a full list of the attendees to the congress.

The exhibitor will be allowed to install his exhibit before the beginning of the Congress. However, the exact timing of this access will be communicated by 20 October 2003. Please refer to the congress' website for the latest information.

To book an exhibition booth for the SPS'03 Congress, please ask for the Exhibitor Agreement Form. Please note that due to the limited exhibition space, priority will be given to companies that participate to the congress as Sponsors.
