Some of the latest work by the Agilent applications team will be presented by Dr. Christian Sauber, who is based at the our R&D and production facility near Karlsruhe. Topics featured include a novel system for removing high abundance proteins during sample preparation, the technologically leading Agilent nano-LC/MS/MS system for protein characterisation, a new 1100 Series micro fraction collector and software to process the vast amount of data generated in proteomics experiments - the Spectrum Mill MS Proteomics Workbench.
