For all registrations received after 15 October 2004
Academic participants: CHF 380.-
Industrial participants: CHF 570.-
Students: CHF 280.-

!!! Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. The student registration fee is not applicable to post-docs !!!

The registration fee includes:
Access to all conference sessions
Access to poster areas
Proceedings Book available at the conference
Programme, list of participants and conference bag
Coffee breaks, refreshments and lunch on each conference day
Entry to the Conference Exhibition area
Gala Dinner on Wednesday 7 December 2004
Annual Membership fee to the Swiss Proteomics Society (Regular Members: CHF 50.- , Students: CHF 30.-)

Payment
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference and should be made payable to the Swiss Proteomics Society. Your registration will be acknowledged in writing: if you have not received confirmation 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat

Funding
Please note that the organisers do not have funding available to support participant attendance, and all participants will be responsible for the payment of their own registration, accommodation and travel expenses.

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the place completely, please contact the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 5 November 2004, a full refund will be given less a 20% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 22 November 2004, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted that cancellations after this date, or for no-shows at the conference, the full registration fee will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the Organisers should deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The Organisers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of any travel arrangements made by individual participants.
