A special issue of SPS 2007 will be published in the newly created Journal of Proteomics (covered by Medline and Scopus).

The deadline for submission of manuscripts is 15th January 2008, using the e-submission site.

Accepted papers will be published in the Journal of Proteomics and appear online and be citable one week after formal acceptance.
