The Swiss Proteomics Society is pleased to announce its 3rd General Council Meeting,
which will be held on 3th December 2003 at 17h30,
in the main Auditorium of Novartis AG,
Basel, Switzerland
Proposed agenda
- Approval of the proposed agenda
- Approval of the minutes of the General Council of December 4th, 2002
- Report of the President: Summary of the activities of the SPS
- Presentation and approval of the accounts
- Resignation of a committee member (François Müller) and election of a new member (see below)
- Election of the Accounting Reviewer Board
- Approval of the annual membership fee
- Announcement and presentation of the next scientific meeting (2004 Congress in Bern)
- Future of our Society

Concerning point 5 (election of a new member), candidates for the election are invited to express their intention to the SPS committee by 1st of December, 2003 (by email to committee@swissproteomicsociety.org) or during the General Council Meeting. Members wishing to vote but unable to attend the council may provide a proxy to one of the attending members (a maximum of 2 proxies are allowed per person).
