proteomic mass spectrometry researcher

Biotrack S.r.l. is looking for a high motivated researcher, with experience in biomarker discovery, chromatography ad mass spectrometry techniques, able to organize assigned research project and support the activity of the laboratory manager.
The researcher will be expected to perform research and development for the ongoing improvement and development of new tools and technologies within the scope of proteomics research as needed, including protein extraction and protein fractionation methodologies, technology development and troubleshooting.
Successful applicants must have a PhD, or MD with equivalent working experience, in proteomic mass spectrometry (SELDI ToF/ MALDI ToF, LC-MS/MS) and statistical analysis applied to biomarker discovery research programs. Electrophoresis techniques and protein microarray techniques are a plus. Highly motivated, display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborative work are mandatory.
